2023 Convention Sponsorships

The RWCS Convention welcomes over 1,000 stoneware and pottery collectors from across the country. The Convention will be in a new location the River Bluff Education Center which is located adjacent to Red Wing High School.

Over 50% of members arrive in Red Wing 2 days prior to the Convention starts.

2023 Convention Sponsor Information Packet 

  • Convention Sponsor – As an official supporter of the Convention, your business will be promoted at all Convention events at the River Bluff Education Center. Sponsors over $300 will have their logo included on all event promotion and signage.
  • Member Meet-Up Sponsor- Be an event sponsor for this member social immediately following our Annual Business Meeting. We welcome sponsorship either monetarily or through a door prize. All event sponsors will be included on event signage. Sponsors over $300 will have their logo included on Member Meet-Up promotion and signage.
  • Convention Door Prize – Your door prize donation is a wonderful way to support the convention. Door prizes are used at events like the Member Meet-Up, Banquet, and other member activities at the convention. 

All sponsors and donors are published in the Convention Program. The program distribution includes:

  • Mailed to 3,000 members of the RWCS members prior to Convention
  • Emailed to all attendees prior to the event
  • Posted to the RWCS Website and Social Media outlets
  • Distributed onsite at the convention
  • Inserted into the Red Wing Republican Eagle.

CONVENTION

Over 1,000 RWCS members attend the convention each year, that’s more than 35% of our membership. The Convention is your opportunity to reach these collectors that annually make the trip to Red Wing from all across the United States.

MIDWINTER

Continually over 350 of our members attend MidWinter. Like Convention, there are a number of ways to promote your organization to our attendees.

Door Prize Donation
This is your opportunity to promote your business through a door prize at our Friday Night Social or the Saturday Show and Sale.

Brochure and Publication Distribution
Consider providing flyers, posters, brochures, and antique publications distributed at one of our events. You provide the copies and deliver them to the RWCS office or event site and we will make sure they get into the hands of our attendees.
