History

Since 1991, the RWCS Board of Directors has selected an RWCS Chapter to produce the Convention attendee button. The sales are a fundraiser for the chapter and another benefit for RWCS members attending convention.

Each Convention button design includes:

• “Red Wing Collectors Society, Inc.”
• Convention Dates and year (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)
• The Convention number

The Buttons are sold beginning the Sunday preceeding the convention and sold through the Saturday of Convention. Remaining buttons are sold through the RWCS Newsletter for the benefit of RWCS members unable to attend the convention.
