My name is Harriette and I have a Hand Painted Red Wing Platter. Please see the attached. I am wondering if it is worth anything.
Thanks for your help.
The photo shows a 15 inch platter in the Mediterranean pattern, one of ten patterns in the True China line. This platter is worth $25-35 if it is in excellent, undamaged condition.
I’m not sure how to get an expert to price my red wing blue leaf water cooler. If this Is the way, I have pictures attached, It was passed down to me when my father died. It has a large chip on the handle and a lid that has the #3 on the top knob.
Thanks so much,
Answer: Your RW cooler is estimated in today’s market between $4000-5000. It is good to have the lid with it.
Was just wondering if you could tell me the price of either or both of these, it would be very appreciated.
Adam, if your Red Wing gray-line mug is in perfect condition, the value is between $700 & $800. Tough little mug to find. Al Kohlman
I recently moved back home to MN after retiring from the government. I joined the army in 1983. I had a heart attack so I am wanting to sell some things. before my temp disability insurance kicks in at work. I wonder if any of this has any value. They have personal value to me and my Grandpa told me the whiskey jug he won after WW!! it was supposed to be destroyed as it has drips and is missing the blue RWUSC stamp
Tony, lets start with the crocks. The 4 gallon Red Wing (these values are for all perfect pieces) with the lighter decorations. $60 to $70. 10 gallon Red Wing with large 6″ wing, $140 to $150. The small advertising butter crock in the front is quite common, $15 to maybe $20. The 1 gallon crock in the back is not Red Wing, so I have no idea of value on it. The 2 gallon with the small red wing on it, $45 to $55. Lastly, your best piece. The 5 gallon Albany slip top shoulder jug with the 4″ red wing. To bad it does not have an oval or the value would be higher. $400 to $500. It looks nice from here & if in perfect condition, I would lean toward the higher value. Hope this helps. Al Kohlman
Attached are photos of a Red Wing 5 Gallon Self Draining Jar. The crock itself is in excellent condition, while the lid has some large chips. Please provide me with the value.
Tamara, before we start on the Red Wing self draining jar, I am going to discuss your lid and spigots. Both the lid and spigots are not Red Wing, so I have no value on them. The Red Wing self draing jar has the same look as the water cooler, however the value is a little lower than the coolers. $300 to maybe $350. Al Kohlman
I have various Red Wing products with corresponding photos that I will be sending to you in individual emails. Please forward to your experts to identify the piece, the time period it was produced, the rarity/desirability of the item, the range of possible value, and any additional comments they may have. We love your website. Thank you.

I recently purchased this 3 Gallon Birch Leaf Jug. I was wondering if you could tell me the age of it and an estimate of it value? It has a small chip on the bottom below the Union oval. Other then that the jug is perfect, no cracks or hairlines.
Thank you for your time,
Adam, great looking Minnesota Stoneware 3 gallon birch leaf shoulder jug. Wish that small chip was in the back. Your jug was produced between 1900 & 1906. Value with that chip in the front, $100 to $125. Al Kohlman
My Aunt has a 4 gallon crock with this oval design on it. I can’t find any other picture like it on the internet. Can you tell me anything about it? Thank you for your help!
