6 gallon Red Wing, 3 gallon and 10 gallon birch leaf
Question:
Hello again, I am submitting photo of 3 different crocks. A #10 crock with no visible cracks. A #3 crock with a crack on the bottom. Both with leaves and no oval stamp. And lastly a #6 crock with the red wing, and some chipping but no visible cracks. I was curious about the significance between the leaves and wing decoration, as well as the lack of oval. Does this hinder age identification? Again I’d appreciate any information regarding age and value. Thanks again I appreciate the help. Mindi

Hello, my name is Mindi. I have a big collection of crocks after we cleaned out my grandparents home. They were obviously well used. These are just 4 of the #2 crocks I have and was curious about their estimated worth, age, significance between ovals. wings and leaves, and brief history of the products & their uses etc.. First crock (right to left) has a small hairline crack from the top down to the "2". Second crock also has a crack along the side. Third has no visible damage. And fourth has minor chipping on the rim, but no cracks. All are measured approx 10 1/2" high and 9 1/2" wide. Thank you so much for any information. Mindi
