15 gallon large wing Red Wing Union Stoneware crock

Question:
Got this 15 gallon crock. In mint condition. No hairlines, no cracks. It also has little specks of blue throughout the piece. Looks like I believe is called spongeware in some areas of the crock. Very neat!! The blue specks matches the blue on the number. Would like to have some info and the value on this very nice crock. Brian

I think this particular one could be quite valuable. Any Guess’s? Its unused and flawless except for the factory markings. The usual Red Wing label on the other side. Thanks, Craig….The Red Wing artist.

Red Wing brushed ware dates to the late 20’s, early 30’s. The outside is a matt green, with the interior being a hi gloss glaze. There are several shapes, so I can’t really say which one it is, but an average value in good condition would be around 150.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose
