North Star up turned 6 gallon

Question:
We just bought this crock and it was billed a Red Wing North Star crock, although there are no markings. Is this indeed Red Wing? What is the value? There are no hairlines and it appears in perfect shape except for the stains.

Question:
I have a Red Wing Pitcher/Carafe up for auction on eBay (260244001284) but I have a question not as to value, but more like a question about a metal stand. When I purchased a few pieces, the previous owner gave me this metal stand. It doesn’t fit any of the other serving pieces except that the pitcher sits in this stand perfectly. I’m wondering if this is correct and should this pitcher come with a stand. Thank you so much! Looking forward to hearing from you.

Question:
View of Handle… I figured you wanted multiple pictures… this is the only way your page appears to work, one at the time. Sorry.

I was given a salt glaze 4 gallon crock that I was told is Northstar. It is in super condition. It has some very minor roughness on one handle. I was told that the color variation in the salt glaze is typical of the Northstar Stoneware Co. & I was told that the albany slip glaze used on the interior of the Northstar crocks were inferior to that used by the Minnesota Stoneware Co. or the Red Wing Stoneware Co.thus causing this variation in color. Crock is in perfect condition, there are NO lines in this crock to cause these color variations. It has a great multi colored interior. NO base chips,NO rim chips,NO hairlines. It just has typical manufacturing flaws. Photos of the handle, interior and front are attached.

3 Gallon packing jar (or applesauce jar)

Question:
I have a 3 gallon jar that says redwing on it. It is salt glaze on the bottom and brown on the top. It has a wire handle on the small opening on the top, but I have no lid. I believe it is a pickle jar of sort but am unsure. I am a new collector of crocks, etc. and am trying to identify this piece and get an idea of what it is worth. Thanks!

question from: mabelsattic@mhtc.net

Question:
Just purchased a set of 8 tumblers in their original carrier. They are a grape pattern with gold trim. They are in MINT condition and don’t look as though they had ever been washed. What is most amazing about the set is that one of the glasses still has the original paper label "Red Wing Potteries" on it. White label, red lettering. Were these sold by Red Wing Pottery to coordinate with a particular pattern dinnerware? Any idea of the value? Thanks for your reply. I have more photos if that will help in identification. Best Regards, Darren
