Question:
Hi, I recently purchased this butter churn and I’m curious about the background & value. It is generally in good shape, with a little bit of crazing (on the back) and a few small chips, including 2 chips at the base (at the back) that are about 1 cm wide. The diameter of the base is about 11 inches, and the height is about 17 inches. It is quite heavy. It didn’t come with a lid. Barb

Question:
I have a Crock that is damaged and don’t know if it can be repaired. I have included a picture of the Crock. Red Wing, Minn.’ Thank you in advance! Collin
Answer:
If it were my crock, I would pick us one glue at the local hardware stone and glue it myself.

It does not have a top/lid but it does have two wire and wood handles. They look to be original. The piece has no cracks or chips. I’ve attached a photo of the Crock. There are no other markings of any kind on the piece that I am able to see. Thank you for you help. Sincerely, Robert Airis
