Question:
Can you tell me who made this piece and when. It’s 4 1/2" high x 7 5/8" diameter and has a bird and flower decoration. The inside of the pot is brown glaze and has throwing rings. The handle attached at the back of the pot is rectangular with a swipe of cobalt blue across the top edge. There is also cobalt blue on each side of the pour spout. The opposite side has 3 cobalt leaves. There a black circular mark on the bottom. Jean

I found a 3 gal all white Red Wing Jug In my Dad’s garage. It’s been there a while. It has a 3 on the top of the jug, a red wing in the middle, and an oval shape below the wing with the words Red Wing, Union Stoneware Co.,RED WING MINN. Kind of had a dull fin. Any idea of value and where can I sell it? Also have 12 gal open pot all white with 12 inside an acorn, a 3 gal white outside, brown inside pot with 3 in circle and USA below circle, and 2? qt All white pot with "HALL" on bottom. Would like to know any information and approx. value on this Hazel Butter Crock. It has 3 chips around upper rim and a chip on each side where the handle attaches, no cracks that I can see. Hello! For some backstory, I do handyman-type work for a friend from church (retired, disabled firefighter) and just noticed this big crock that’s been sitting in the back of his shop, half-filled with dirt and two shovels. My girlfriend told me old pottery in that style could be worth something so I snapped a couple of pictures and just remembered to Google the markings. Without further ado, the crock is about 2 1/2 ft tall, diameter of maybe a foot. The glazing is in pretty good condition, the Red Wing trademark is faded and so is the manufacturer markings.
