I have a crock that says it was patented on Dec 21, 1915. It is a 5 gallon crock. It has the 5 and the red wing and the blue emblem. The blue emblem says Red Wing Union Stoneware Company. It also has a wire handle attached. The handle is missing on one side. It was my grandmothers. She lived on a farm in St Joe Iowa. up in northern Iowa near Fort Dodge.
