Hi Al, Can you give me an approximate year of production and value on this crock. It has a 6” wing. As for damage, it’s got a small chip on the front bottom edge (visible in picture) and two chips about the same size on the back bottom edge. It’s got a tiny chip on one of the molded handles where the wire enters the hole. On the inside bottom it’s got two very, very faint spider hairlines about 3 inches in diameter. Didn’t even notice them until I did a close inspection with a flashlight. Thanks, Chris

Answer: Chris, your 25 gallon Red Wing crock with the handles and 6 inch wing was manufactured between 1915 to sometime in the 1920’s. With all the minor flaws. value would be between $250 & $300. Al Kohlman
