Whats the significance of the leaves on the crocks, we have a 15 gallon with four leaves, I’ve seen two and three but not four. We are new to collecting Red Wing, thanks in advance…… Walter

Answer: Walter, there was no rhyme or reason why the potters put on two leaves or four. But for collectors, the four leaves are more desirable. Any time you can increase the decoration, you will usually increase the value. Al Kohlman
