I got this salt glazed crock after my grandmother passed away. I have looked in every antique store and on-line to find one and I have been unable to find anything close. I am hope you can help me. Is it a red wing? Aprox age and value? Thank you Eileen

Answer: Eileen, your 5 gallon salt glazed leaf crock is Red Wing. It was most likely manufactured by the Minnesota Stoneware Company sometime between 1870’s and 1895. Value would be around $600 in mint condition. Al Kohlman
