Do you know anything about these—age,value??? The one on the left appears to be older and heavier. The one on the right looks like it came from a mold. The stamp says red wing union stoneware, red wing minn. Thanks, Vickie

Answer: Vickie, I would guess these two crocks were produced by the Red Wing Stoneware Company in the 1920’s & 30’s. Both of these crocks should be 1 gallon in size. There was one that just sold on eBay like the one on the right a few days ago. It sold for $500 and was in mint condition. Both of your pieces are very nice and rare. They are gorgeous and very desireable among collectors. Would love to have them myself. Al Kohlman
