Update 17 August 07: This is the Swirl Pitcher from the Gypsy Trail Plain Patten. There is a picture of it in the Ray Reiss Dinneware book.

Answer:
This pitcher is from the Gypsy Trail dinnerware line. Red Wing made many different styles of Gypsy Trail pitchers, and the one marked 735 is named Swirl pitcher in the company brochures. This pitcher was added to the Gypsy Trail line in the late 1930s, probably 1938 or 1939. It continues to appear in brochures dated 1941, 1942, 1943 and 1944. That’s the last Gypsy Trail brochure I’ve seen, and I believe production of this pitcher and most other Gypsy Trail pieces ceased not long after the end of World War II in 1945. As for value a 735 Swirl pitcher in excellent condition would be worth $35 to $60, with the blue color being on the upper end of the range.
