Wendy Callicoat, Vice President of the RWCS, was authorized by the Board of Directors to pursue a contract with Rick Natyiniski, to publish the RWCS Newsletter for 2006-08. 

Rick's bid was selected by the Board of Directors at its meeting. The selection was based on the voting from the membership, the style of the Newsletter and on cost.

Rick is very excited about having this opportunity and has vowed to put his heart and soul into this venture.
